Auditing Services

A process audit determines whether an organization’s processes are working within established limits. It measures conformance to any predetermined or industry standards, as well as the effectiveness of applicable instructions.

A product audit examines whether a particular product or service conforms to the necessary requirements. Whether they are specifications, customer requirements, or performance standards.

A system audit verifies that all elements of a management system are effective and appropriate, and have been developed, documented, and implemented in accordance with the specified requirements.

Drone Inspections

An OGI camera, for hydrocarbon-based fugitive emissions, with a high-res camera, provides asset identification and visual inspection capability. The TDLAS, tuned specifically to the spectral absorption of methane, delivers methane identification and concentration data in real-time. This increases the efficiency in locating even the smallest of leaks, saving time & cost. This complete package complies with the EPA’s OOOOa (“Quad Oa”) inspection requirements. State of the art technology OGI systems instead of sniffer based LDAR programs are a game changer, thanks to proposed changes to the Method 21 Alternative Work Practice (AWP), and this package will provide cost and time savings for the inspection of components that typically require scaffolding or rope access crews which pose potentially fatal issues for HSE, shutdowns and lost time. Work safer with faster data, more precision and technical data only with our drone packages for inspections.
